I’m Jen- an experienced and committed teacher of English who loves to inspire a passion for the subject in others, regardless of ability.
Availability: After school on weekdays; weekends.

Experience: I have taught English for twenty one years in both the state and independent sectors and am currently a Head of Department.
I am passionate about my subject and have extensive experience of teaching KS3, GCSE and A-Level for different exam boards.
I have also undertaken GCSE marking for AQA and have a strong grasp of the requirements of GCSE and A-Level papers across all specifications.

Jennifer is an amazing tutor. Can`t fault her! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our daughter was getting Ds in her A-Level mocks then spent a few months having weekly sessions with Jen and achieved 1 mark off an A* in her final exam!! We couldn`t be happier with how much Jen helped. Highly recommend!!

Jen is a fantastic English Tutor. Her impact was best confirmed today when my daughter told me that her English essay was the best she’s ever written and it was so good it was read out to the whole class as an example of a fantastic essay. Thank you Jen
