I am currently an Assistant Headteacher at a school that is in the top 1% of all schools in the UK. I was formerly a Head of Science and specialise in A level Biology and GCSE Science. I have been rated an OUTSTANDING teacher from OFSTED on numerous occasions.

I am familiar with all UK examination boards together with International Baccalaureate.

My approach is to first of all assess a students current knowledge and understanding in order to determine areas of strength and weakness so as to take the most direct and tailored approach. I will use this to design a programme of study for the given student designed to ensure they achieve an excellent grade. We will work through this programme together as well as independent work being done by the student. Review exercises and exam style questions will then be given at the end of each section.

Throughout my career I have managed to build a strong reputation for raising attainment amongst students across all ages.

Availability: Weekday evenings and Weekends

Experience: 8 years teaching experience in KS5 Biology and KS4 Science- Biology, Chemistry, Physics.
I have taught Edexcel, AQA and OCR.
I have 12 years experience of private tutoring.
