Simon is an experienced professional teacher (PGCE/FHEA/TEFL) in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting who has taught across the education spectrum. Simon read Economics at LSE, worked for Deloitte and is a qualified accountant (ACMA/GCMA/CPA). He taught Economics and Busines for five years then studied for a MSc (Environmental Management) at Durham. Subsequently, Simon obtained his PhD from The University of Queensland, where he lectured for five years (2009-2013). Simon worked as a commercial analyst for the Queensland Government. He lectured Valuation and Economics at Royal Agricultural University for 5 years (2013-2019), tutored at UCEM (2019) and, in 2020, joined Coventry University as a Lecturer Accounting.
