In 2016 I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with BSc Biological Sciences and went onto also complete my PGCE in Secondary Science at Nottingham Trent. I believe I can help to build the self-confidence and self-esteem of every one of my tutees.

I believe my strong interest in science, as well as the skills and knowledge gained whilst studying for my degree in biology coupled with my enthusiasm to work with children, will allow me to teach the national curriculum in a way that is fun but will also encourages students to learn.

In my spare time, I love to socialise with my friends and family. I love going to watch football and support the super rams.

Availability: Every evening from 4:30 onwards and all day sunday.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: Having completed my PGCE in Secondary Science last year, I have gained experience in teaching all 3 disciplines at key stage 3 and biology and physics key stage 4. On completion of my PGCE, I have been working as a supply teacher at various schools across Nottinghamshire. Thanks to my recent teaching experience coupled with actually having a tutoring when I was at school, I am aware of how much a tutor can help to improve the confidence of students. I am confident that my knowledge of science and my enthusiasm and passion to work with young people will allow me to inspire and help tutees to progress.
