I am an Organisational Development Consultant for Inclusion and Diversity.

I have recently led on the development of a new inclusion strategy, manage the staff equality networks and deliver inclusion and diversity training.

I graduated from the University of Westminster with a BA (hons) in Business Administration and Marketing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Computing.

I have a CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management and an ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) certificate in Unconscious Bias.
