Information about Marie
I am a native French speaker with an extensive experience working in primary and secondary settings. I also teach adults from all backgrounds and levels. I tailor my lessons around the learners` personal learning background, style and ambition.
I am a very approachable individual and my learners often comment on how comfortable and confident they feel learning with me.
***please note that I only teach from my fully resourced "classroom" in the Shotgate area and therefore do not travel to learner***
Availability: Flexible hours from Monday mornings to Friday evenings as well as Saturday mornings.

I’ve had 3 lessons so far and Marie has been very patient, she’s also encouraging and always asks if I understand what’s been covered as we progress through each lesson. She’s friendly and has a good sense of humour. I look forward to each lesson.

Marie is a flexible and approachable tutor. She focusses her lessons where they are most beneficial to the student and builds on the content from the previous week. She has a professional attitude and has a dedicated study room in her home. She uses a broad range of teaching aids and will also recommend where additional support via the web, podcasts or reading material can be found. Over the past couple of months both my reading and conversational French have greatly improved. I would highly recommend Marie.
