Hello! My name is Josh and I am a Mechanical Engineer from the UK!

I studied a Masters (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering and I have experience working in an oil refinery. My studies focused on thermodynamics and heat transfer, fluid mechanics, statics and dynamics, energy studies (renewable and non-renewable), mathematics, design, project work, and business studies. This has given me both a holistic appreciation for the industry and the technical capability to succeed.

I have a strong drive to learn and always improve which shines through in my teaching! During my studies, I would teach my colleagues certain modules both to help them and to reinforce the information for myself! I hope to pass this passion for self-improvement so that my students can develop their own motivation for learning. I am flexible and my tutoring is built around the client and their needs.

Further to this, I have experience teaching colleagues during my studies, and professional experience working as an Inspection Engineer in one of Europes largest and most complex oil refineries.
