I currently teach secondary English in a grammar school in Kent. I have 22 years teaching experience from ages 11-18, plus experience at university level post graduate teaching as well as teaching and tutoring upper primary. I have teaching teaching qualifications, DBS checks and a degree in English, so you can be sure your child is safe and being tutored by someone who knows her subject. I am also an examiner for GCSE so can support students very effectively coming up to those crucial examination times.
Availability: After school, evenings and weekends. Apologies I only have capacity to teach online at the current time.

Experience: I have tutored since 2015. I have worked as a part of the national tutoring network. I specialise in tutoring secondary English. In 2023, my A Level tutee gained two grades from her mock exams to her final outcome, and my GCSE tutees all gained at least a whole grade from starting tutoring to being assessed in 2023.
