I have over 2000 hours of tutoring experience at GCSE and KS3 levels with students from a wide range of abilities. I aim to provide support to students in a caring and supporting manner, helping those with less confidence but also providing challenge for students who need stretching.

I take a flexible approach to tutoring, tailoring my approach to the individual context. For example, I provide help for students in the run up to exams but also provide longer term tuition including putting together tuition plans where needed.

I have a strong academic background in mathematics and related numerical subjects (BSc Mathematics and Economics and MSc Economics and Econometrics) and am passionate about the subject. I am also able to place mathematics in a wider context from previous work in a numeric commercial environment. I have a particular interest in statistics having been a user of a range of published statistics in my professional work.

Availability: I am available both in the week (daytime and evening) and on Saturdays.
