Hello, I am Fabio. I teach A-level Italian and Spanish and adult teaching; I am a native Italian and graduated in Modern languages and cultures (Italian, Spanish and English) at the Sapienza University of Rome. I also got a Masters in Spain to obtain the qualification of teacher of modern foreign languages and I got the QTS in the UK.
I strongly believe a language is deeply connected to the spirit and the culture of its native users, which is why I spent three years living in Spain, studying, working, and absorbing the Spanish essence as much as possible.
If you love Italian or Spanish language you will be certainly fascinated also by its culture, history, music, literature, films, cuisine, and so on. Learning a language becomes easier when you are motivated by your passions and hobbies!
This also matches my teaching style, which is the Communicative Approach: learning within a meaningful context, not just memorizing the grammatical rules. The main goal is to communicate, reaching the right balance between accuracy and fluency.

Experience: I am an A-level and GCSE Italian and Spanish teacher. I’ve taught in London to adults, teenagers and children. In Italy I worked as a volunteer in an NGO, which took care of political refugees, as an Italian teacher for adults. Moreover, I worked in a Spanish High School as an Italian language assistant, through a programme coordinated by the Ministry of Education.
