Experience: My tutoring involves ensuring that pupils have a solid understanding of the foundations in science, to remove any misconceptions and gaps in knowledge that pupils may have. All the tuition is tailored specifically to the different exam board specifications (AQA, OCR, Edexcel, IGCSE).
In addition to my teaching role at KS3-KS5, my examiner role has meant the I can explain to students how to answer questions to be awarded full marks. My tuition involves modelling to students how to answer question, which students can apply to further practice questions. Furthermore, I have had experience as curriculum leader of chemistry.
All my students have reported higher confidence in science and have progressed in grades through my tuition.
