I am a qualified maths teacher with a PGCE in secondary education.
As a mum of 3 teenagers I am in a position where I can understand better the barriers affecting learners, particularly those specific to maths. With the introduction of a new GCSE curriculum many students are finding an increasing pressure to perform and I aim to address this by building their confidence and therefore their ability to apply their knowledge to different problems.

Experience: I have taught in university, college as well as a secondary school.
My work in a secondary school has involved teaching years 7 to 11 across a range of abilities. Whether your child is able in maths or is someone who struggles, I will work to their individual needs to achieve success.
