I am a motivated and caring educator with an outstanding background in the Sciences, a dedicated and driven teacher, with experience in a culturally diverse teaching environment. I cultivate a learning environment where my students can realise their full potential and achieve solid results, which, in turn, will enable them to achieve excellence in the future. I graduated from the University of Sheffield with an upper second-class BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and French, including studying for a year at the University of Toulouse, France, before completing my PGCE in Secondary Science at the University of Greenwich. I specialise in using scaffolding techniques to assist with answering exam-style questions and believe that rigorous revision requires plenty of exam practice, something my lessons will encompass. At my previous school, I helped enable the school’s first ever students to go onto study medicine at university and in 2018 my GCSE single science Chemistry cohort achieved the best results in the Ark schools Network.
I am currently studying at the UCL School of Pharmacy for my Masters in Medicinal Natural Products and Phytochemistry. I am also a certified Holistic Yoga Teacher and I am currently teaching in the Brixton area. I enjoy practising yoga, boxing and travelling.

Experience: For the past three years have worked in a secondary school in Brixton, responsible for the AQA GCSE single science Chemistry cohort, one of three AQA A-Level Teachers, specialising in Organic Chemistry, taught the AQA GCSE combined science syllabus at KS4 (and KS3), was STEM coordinator, SEND tutor for Year 8 students and in-school French translator.
