I never want a student to hate education. Although it is my priority to teach the student what is required so that they can achieve what is expected, I also aim to make them enjoy it. If your child (or you) like to play games then my lessons will be based around games, if it`s music then I`ll find a way to incorporate that. If you have fun then learning is easy.

About me: I am an experienced female maths teacher. I have taught students with disabilities such as Down`s syndrome, ASC, Tourette`s, ADHD amongst others. Some of which were confident with maths, others found it to be a bit of a struggle. I specialise in secondary school, up to A grade GCSE although I do have experience with the primary curriculum. I have helped students to achieve grades 4 levels higher than their predictors!

I have also taught ICT and Media, including outside of the standard classroom situation with older students who had never used a computer before.

I am very enthusiastic and pride myself on ensuring my students enjoy their sessions with me and my reviews have reflected this.

Availability: I offer online tutoring only as it offers the greatest flexibility. Having worked remotely since 2018 I`m very experienced in managing this and approximately half of my tutoring sessions have been remote - this has worked very well.
