I am a native Chinese Mandarin speaker, having previously lived in Singapore.

My strong foundation in the Chinese language comes from my family and 12 years of education in Chinese schools, as well as my previous career in the hospitality industry, which gave me the opportunity to consolidate my knowledge by meeting different Chinese speakers around the world.

I use a range of teaching & learning approaches to suit individual learner needs. Group lessons are available - please contact me to discuss further.

I obtained the qualification of Level 3 Award in Education and Training in 2020 and L2 Certificate in Understanding Specific Learning Difficulties in 2023.

Experience: I am doing translation (to Mandarin) for the Food & Beverage industry on a freelance basis.

Previously, I teached in South East Essex Chinese School.
I had a year of teaching experience in primary school, Malaysia.
