My name is Sarah. I am a community support worker in Bexleyheath.
I support a man in his 60s with a mild learning disability. He lives independently in his own home. His name is Tony.

Tony would like an inperson tutor, 2 hours per week. Ideally on a Wednesday 10 - 12, but he can also do Mon and Tues afternoon, or Fri 10-12.

Tony would like a tutor to visit him at home or local library. He lives in Crayford. He is also happy to travel to his tutors home if local.

Tony would like to improve on his daily practical skills in reading simple text and writing lists/short messages, and also maths skills such as adding up his weekly shopping list, checking receipts and knowing what notes to give and calculating correct change.

Tony would like me to be present for his first few sessions until comfortable with a new person. I will sit quietly at a distance.
