I am an experienced and energetic Teacher of Geography with 5 years experience of teaching Key Stage 3, GCSE and A-Level. I am currently a teacher in a highly successful school that achieves outstanding Geography results each year. I have an excellent understanding of exam board specifications ensuring that all of my students are confident and well prepared for their exams. I also offer sessions on A-Level coursework.

My background in teaching allows me to communicate ideas coherently and when needed, adapt my teaching style to suit an individual’s needs. Having dedicated over 200 hours to tutoring, I can confidently say that it is a rewarding and fruitful experience to watch my students not only improve their grades, but also take pleasure in learning. I enjoy sharing knowledge and am certain that my logical and straightforward methods are very well received.

- Geography teacher at an Ofsted `Outstanding` rated school
- Currently teach KS3 (Year 7, 8 and 9) KS4 (Year 10 and 11) and KS5 (Year 12 and 13) Geography.
- Graduated from King`s College London with a First-Class (1st) degree in Geography and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- I have been tutoring for a number of years and my students have met with success in their studies achieving excellent grades in their GCSEs and A-Levels.

I have 5 years experience of teaching GCSE and A-level Geography in the Midlands and London. Over the last five years I have tutored a wide variety of students across London, with the primary aim in each case being a significant and lasting improvement in exam and coursework results, particularly where there are gaps or weaknesses in knowledge.

My particular expertise lies in fine-tuning a students` exam technique (I am currently an examiner for AQA ), using exam papers, exemplar answers and mark schemes to inform progress and positvely impact the quality of written answers, especially longer, essay-style ones.
