Information about Daniel
With an extremely successful tutoring background, my goal is to help make my students become successful and profficient problem solvers. Students under my supervision will learn how to approach complex mathematical problems in a rational and intrinsic way. In my sessions I teach students how to understand the fundamentals of mathematics, and equip them with the skills needed to tackle a diverse classification of questions.
In 2019 I graduated The University Of East Anglia (UEA) with a first class degree in Mathematics. Since then, I have achieved a first class masters in mathematics. I am currently researching mathematics at UEA on a lucrative scholarship (specialising in fluid and solid mechanics), whilst also being employed as a teacher for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year undergraduate students.
As a researcher I am currently investigating how we can use mathematics to model the way in which blood vessels deform in the body when subjected to various pressures. I am currently at the latter stages of writing and publishing a paper that provides some answers to this question when the blood vessels are modelled as elastic tubes that have an initially axially uniform elliptical cross-section.
I have high quality software designed for online tuition, allowing for clear and efficient communication. I use the WACOM one interactive graphics tablet. I use this software when I teach the undergraduates at UEA.
Over the years I have acquired knowledge on a wide range of mathematical topics. At A level, I have experience teaching any of the pure modules (including further maths). I also teach any mechanics modules. For degree level students, you should contact me to discuss the syllabus further. Please note that I do not offer any statistic tuition and in general do not teach GCSE level mathematics.
Please feel free to get in contact should you feel my services can be of use to you,
Daniel
