I`m a level 7 registered career development consultant (RCDP) ;with over 20 years of business management and mentoring experience; an experienced coach and mentor with over 500 coaching and mentoring hours, working with clients worldwide. I also actively contribute to developing the coaching and mentoring profession.;
I gained a post-graduate in Career Development at NTU. I have worked with companies like Shaw Trust to advocate for the unemployed, helping clients build their self-awareness and confidence, interviewing skills, and finding suitable work. I am also the regional representative of Yorkshire and Humberside for the Career Development Institute.
Trained in curriculum design, with an Award in Education and Teaching qualification, I develop bespoke career development workshops. I also produce LMI Career Resources for schools and organisations and can be seen giving advice and guidance at Career Fairs.
I am a member of EMCC and CDI and subscribe to their Code of Ethics.
