My name is Ryan, I am Head of English in a secondary school and I have been tutoring for many years prior to joining this platform. I have vast knowledge of English Language and Literature;; as a senior leader in a secondary school understand various teaching styles and approaches. The current exam board used for English in my school is AQA. I am 29 years old and having completed NPQSL and NPQH I am conscious I have achieved a lot in education at a young age. Also occupying an Assistant Head role in a secondary school, enticed the questioned how I achieved this at a young age. My answer was always simple, hard work and dedication but also understanding what to do to get results. The results in my classroom and results of my external students speaks volumes, as I know exactly how to accelerate progress and ensure my students achieve the grades they desire, to go on to bigger and better things beyond their GCSEs
