Walid

My name is Walid, I am 19 years of age and I am currently a university student studying Civil Engineering at Northumbria University.
I am very passionate about Mathematics and possess a natural ability to interact with people of different age ranges.
As a student, I have the experience and the ability to acknowledge the difficulty of the subject and how the tutee may handle the subject. This is something which I consider to be a major role in tutoring, helping tutees to overcome certain issues or tackle the subject as a whole.

I am very fun, approachable, naturally mix with people and can make make the tutoring sessions seem a lot less like extra work. Alongside having fun and having a good time, I am very serious about the role of tutoring and aim for nothing but my tutees to exceed their potential in their desired subjects.

Availability: I am currently working in two restaurants as a casual worker. This means that my scheduling may not be steady across the weekdays.

However, Saturday and Sunday mornings will be free majority of the time therefore they will be the most ideal slots. Timing wise:(9:00AM-2:00AM)

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: Although I have not tutored officially, I have tutored my younger brother who has recently completed his SATs exams. Despite the content not being difficult, this practiced my ability to interact and effectively tutor him. Also allowed me to develop the ability to maintain the interest without compromising the content covered in each session.
I have also aided my brother in preparing for the entrance exams for Dame Allen’s High School. He has passed these exams with very high scores and will be attending the school on September 2018.
