I am a fully qualified primary school teacher with a degree in Primary Education with QTS. I live in Royal Arsenal Woolwich and work in an outstanding school in Shepherds Bush.

I am currently entering fifth year as a teacher. I specialise in Drama and Art and believe in ensuring children work via play. I also believe in installing positive mindset in a child from day one so that they believe they can achieve.

Before my teaching qualification I worked in an Academy with children with special needs and disadvantaged backgrounds.Throughout this time of my life I worked with ages 12-18 using Drama and Art and therapy alongside helping them make progression at school with their academics.

I have been graded as an outstanding teacher and recently completed the Outstanding Teacher Programme. One key strength that is often commented upon is the relationships I create with the children in my care.

I have a calm, caring, approachable nature which enables me to form strong relationships. Something I believe to be integral if children are to reach their full potential.

Experience: Experienced primary school teacher with experience from early years to key stage 2. I trained at the University Of Gloucestershire to obtain my PGCE Primary 5-11 and my training was in line with the new National Curriculum. I have been working full time for 5 years with a specialism in Drama and Art. I also teach Phonics and work with SEN children to develop emotional and personal needs!
