I am a 4th-year student at Queen Mary University of London undergoing an integrated masters degree (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering. Having achieved A* Maths GCSE, A* Further Maths GCSE and A in Maths A Level, I strongly believe I am a very competent Maths Tutor.

My aim with any student is to ensure each session is engaging and effective.


All my lessons are conducted online on a specialised tuition platform :

My sessions are taught over a virtual whiteboard, to which I have a paid subscri ption.
On this whiteboard, both sides are able to write maths & draw graphs and etc. Upon the input from one side, the writing or drawing spontaneously appears on the others side and vice versa allowing for a very immersed tuition session. Audio communication is also present during these sessions.

To write on this virtual whiteboard, I will provide you with a large graphics tablet, 11.7” XP Pen, Star 03 (RRP £44.99). Feel free to search this model up to have an accurate understanding of what would be provided. The graphics tablet will be provided for FREE from me as it is essential for a proper lesson. I will have it shipped once a 2nd lesson has been scheduled and prepaid.

All tuition sessions will be stored on this platform as a PDF file, allowing you to easily look back to them for revision.

I understand this is a new concept for many & words only help so much. I feel the first free lesson will give you a much more comprehensive insight into how online sessions work. If you’re not happy, I will offer a full refund for the £24.95 you would’ve paid for my contact details.


Online Resources:

Alongside, you will be provided with your own Kerboodle log-ins to have access to a Revision & Practice Textbook for your course. A great way to consolidate the work done in our tuition sessions.

Homework:

At the end of each lesson, I will leave you with homework based on the topic(s) covered in the lesson. The homework will provide you with a chance to practice the skills introduced in the lesson and provide me with some insight into where you stand and what requires some more support.

This will ensure that you are progressing academically between lessons and not stalling. Doing this will allow us to make the most of each lesson, as any concern regarding the previous lesson would be highlighted by any issues in the homework.
