Hello!

I read English at Cambridge, before taking my Masters in Shakespeare Studies at King`s College London and Shakespeare`s Globe. After graduating, I worked for Bloomsbury Publishing in the Arden Shakespeare and Methuen Drama departments. I then moved to Santander, Spain, where I taught English as a Second Language for two years.

I am now a qualified secondary English teacher, holding QTS and a PGCE from Goldsmiths University, having trained through Ark Teacher Training (recently rated `Outstanding` by Ofsted). Having led on all secondary English Key Stages during my time in East Sussex alongside teaching Spanish up to GCSE level, I moved to London a few years ago, as a Deputy Head of the English department at an Outstanding school. Since last year, I have also worked as an AQA examiner.

When I`m not reading or teaching, I enjoy travelling, wild swimming, cooking and yoga! I am fluent in Spanish and have advanced French.
