Experience: I am an experienced primary teacher with over 9 years of experience, including serving as Assistant Head (Academic) at a prep school in Essex. Throughout my career, I have supported children across Key Stages One and Two, preparing them for KS1 and KS2 SATs, as well as the 7+, 8+ and 11+ entrance exams for London Day Schools. I take a reflective approach to teaching, ensuring every lesson engages children and helps them develop confidence in themselves as learners. I actively encourage curiosity and questioning to deepen understanding, while adapting my sessions to meet the individual needs of each pupil. My experience includes supporting a wide range of children, including those with additional learning needs. I build strong, positive relationships with both pupils and their parents or carers, working collaboratively towards the shared goal of helping every child reach their full potential.
