Alfie

Hi, I’m Alfie, a professional guitarist with 15 years of playing experience and 8 years of teaching experience. I hold a Degree in Music Performance and Production and Grade 8 Guitar, and I’ve worked in multiple schools, home tutoring, and Rock Schools, teaching students of all ages and levels.

I’ve performed in professional theatre productions and had the opportunity to play live with Jeff Wootton of the Gorillaz, giving me real-world experience that I bring into my lessons. My teaching is fun, tailored, and practical, combining technique, music theory, and real songs to help students progress quickly while enjoying the learning process.

Lessons are available for all ages and levels, online or in London, and I focus on helping students build confidence, improve skills, and achieve their musical goals.

Availability: I offer lessons throughout the week, including evenings and weekends to fit around school, work, or other commitments. Lessons can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or as a one-off session depending on your goals.

I am available for both in-person lessons in the London area and online lessons via video call, so you can learn from the comfort of your home or come to a dedicated practice space.

For new students, I’m happy to arrange a trial lesson to find the best approach and pace for your learning.
