25 years old, I am a music graduate from King`s College London, and will be studying for my PGCE at the University of Cambridge in September.
DBS checked and passionate about helping children learn and develop.
I am able to give more focussed tutoring as well as general homework help.
Availability: July and August 2016
Willing to travel: 30 miles
Experience: 18 months as a Teaching Assistant with children with SEN as well as more able students who need to be challenged. I have also worked as a specialist music teaching assistant.
20 months experience of working with adults who are looking to improve their career prospects. During this time I tutored Maths and English Functional Skills up to Level 2 and supported students working towards ECDL (IT) Level 2 including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Tutored week-long intensive courses in Employability skills including CV building, job-searching online, application forms and interview techniques. I also taught Personal & Social Skills and worked with adults with learning difficulties and mental health difficulties.
