I believe in inspiring confidence in any aspect of work and have a creative and nurturing approach to teaching.
I tutor English KS1, KS2, KS3, Geography up to KS3, English as a foreign language and 11+ English exam preparation.
Creative writing, comprehension test techniques, literature, verbal and non-verbal reasoning and a better understanding of curriculum language aspects are a few of the skills I can help with.
I also run circus sessions for schools and private lessons for those looking for specialist skills like juggling, unicycling, poi spinning and stilt walking to name a few.
I have a DBS certificate.

Experience: I am a highly experienced and qualified teacher who has worked at a top Swiss International School as an intensive English teacher and Circus Skills master and have spent 16 years as an English and Geography teacher at one of the best co-educational schools in the South of England where I gained valuable insight into the English verbal and non-verbal reasoning sections of the 11+ entrance exams. I have a degree in English literature and language and a Higher Education teaching diploma.
