Information about Ben
Hi! I am a second year undergraduate student at Oxford University studying Classics. In my recent examinations (Hilary Term, 2020) I achieved a High 2.1 mark, including 71 in Latin Language and 71 in Ancient Greek Philosophy. I studied Maths, Physics, Latin and Further Maths (A*A*A*A) and was Vice-Captain of School at my time at King`s College School Wimbledon. I am very passionate about my subjects and determined that students achieve the marks that best reflect their ability.
Outside of academics, I do lots of drama, play football and DJ. I can tutor in the following subjects : Latin and Greek to A-Level, Maths to GCSE, Physics to GCSE, Biology to GCSE, Chemistry to GCSE and Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning. I am also particularly keen to help out with Classics applications to Oxbridge.
Availability: Currently available for virtual classes.
Willing to travel: 3 miles
Experience: I have lots of experience tutoring , having tutored six clients since sixth form. All pupils went on to achieve high grades in their GCSE`s and those yet to complete their exams are making great progress. I tutored a wide variety of subjects including Maths, Physics , Latin and Drama GCSE.
