Information about Maria Angeles
I am a qualified Teacher of Spanish with a PGCE in MFL in the University of Portsmouth. I am a Secondary MFL teacher of Spanish and French. I can teach to all levels in Spanish and I am flexible in my approaches. I adapt my lessons to your needs either if you need grammar support, preparing for passing exams or conversational Spanish. I have also experience in teaching in Primary Schools. I really enjoy my job and seeing your progress is my goal and motivation. I am member of the AQA examiners board with experience correcting Speaking exams.
Availability: I am mostly available in the evenings from 4pm and weekends if necessary. I am available some mornings but lessons in the mornings or on the weekends need to be arranged in advance.

Experience: I have taken a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages at the University of Portsmouth and I have finished the NQT in a school in Hampshire. I have also taught tutor lessons while studying my degree. I have experience teaching Spanish from Primary level, GCSE, A-Level and Adult Learners.

Maria Angeles was truly a blessing in my daughter`s life. My daughter is currently at the University of Nottingham and was struggling with Spanish, particularly grammar, text interpretation, and writing. Maria was able to restore her confidence — she was calm, understanding, and encouraged my daughter to do extra work after class, which made her more confident than ever. The process with Maria was smooth and well-organized, and she always showed genuine concern in identifying my daughter’s weaknesses and helping her focus on what needed improvement. We will definitely continue working with her in the future, as my daughter still has two years of university and many challenges ahead.
