Professional, approachable and experienced violin, viola and piano teacher offering one-to-one or group lessons.
I can teach students in the comfort of their own home within Zones 1-3. I`m based in the Hackney area but willing to travel.
I`m happy to teach all ages and abilities in a enjoyable and relaxed manner. I have experience in teaching a wide range of students - from beginners to advanced.
I believe music lessons should be tailored to each individual student with a view to enjoy their musical journey, and progress can be monitored by taking ABRSM exams.
Fees
£20 for 30 minutes
£30 for 60 minutes

About me
I started playing the violin aged 8 and viola aged 11. Soon after, I was awarded a Dfes scholarship to the music school Wells Cathedral School.
I am currently studying an MA at the Royal Academy of Music, having completed my Bmus (Hons) with distinction at The Guildhall School.
I have performed in venues all over the U.K such as The Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall and Barbican Hall in a variety of ensembles and orchestras.
I am registered on the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly Criminal Records Bureau) national register.
I am also available to teach Piano and Music Theory up to Grade 5.
Availability: I`m very flexible. Weekends and evenings are preferable.
Willing to travel: 3 miles
Experience: I have experience teaching all ages and abilities.
I also have taught classroom music in Schools and SEN Schools.
I have taught for Tower Hamlets Music Service, Bird College and at Oasis Academy Waterloo.
I have given education projects through the Halle Orchestra and the Barbican.
I teacher trained with the LRAM course at the Royal Academy.
I have experience entering pupils into ABRSM exams (all of whom received merit or higher)
