Hey there!

I`m Marta, a Spanish native speaker living in Guildford. I love teaching my language and culture and would like to make some extra money while doing something I like and have experience on :)

I`m quite patient when it comes to teaching, and I do know how challenging learning a language can be sometimes! That`s why I try to make my classes as dynamic as possible. The key is using the language as much as you can.

I live quite close to Guildford city centre, but I`m happy to travel as long as it`s not too far from there (as I don`t drive).

Price is negotiable, depending on the transport needed and tutoring conditions.

Experience: I did my degree in English philology (English literature, history, culture and language)and recently finished my masters degree in Teaching Spanish as a foreign Language.

I`ve been working at the Royal Grammar School in Guildford as a Spanish Language Assistant for two years now so I know the English educational system quite well.

I`ve been a Spanish and English tutor for 4 years in a row and I`m willing to help anybody with any level in Spanish.

Martha is brilliant, she always arrives on time and with the lesson prepared and HW. She encourages and gives confidence to my daughter to gain more marks in Spanish.

Marta is a very friendly and helpful tutor. Being native from Spain, she is very knowledgeable on every aspect of the Spanish language and she is very good at teaching the reading, writing and speaking components you need to know. You can chat to her about anything and she will advise you on better methods of utilizing the language, furthermore she helped me complete my university application in order to get the offers I desired. I thoroughly recommend her.
