I am qualified with a BSc degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
I teach ONLINE via Gotomeeting.

This tutor cancelled an initial appointment with me at 12 hours notice. The explanation I was given showed a complete inability or unwillingness to understand my requirements for coaching: I was very clear beforehand that I wanted customised coaching, but I think ultimately this tutor decided that was going to be too much bother. Extraordinarily, the explanation for the cancellation also stated the tutor was "not really alert enough anyway" to do the lesson for medical reasons, which surely is something you figure out a little bit earlier than 12 hours before an appointment?

Maria is a fantastic tutor. She helped me to study for a Java Programming exam in University. I ended up doing really well in the exam thanks to Maria. She not only has a brilliant understanding of the subject but also had the ability to explain things to me in a way I understood. I would recommend her to anyone!

Maria Barnard is one of the greatest tutor that I have ever meet with, she has excellent knowledge for Javascri pt, SQL and Pseudo-Code .
She also has a great way of teaching. I really enjoyed learning from Maria.

Maria is a very versatile and knowledgeable tutor. She is very intelligent and so can understand the students specific needs very quickly (even in specialist areas of a wider subject). Maria can focus her tutoring to be very fact and situation specific. Her teaching style is very relaxed and informative. I would fully recommend Maria to anyone wanting to learn more in her chosen subject areas.
