Information about Vicky
I am a qualified teacher of English, media, drama, communication and teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL). I have recently achieved the National SENCO qualification (M Level).
I have been teaching in Secondary and futher education for over 28 years, including KS3, GCSE and A levels. I am currently Head of Access to Education, Surrey County council, a service that provides education to children aged 4-16 who are not in school for a range of reasons, including medical.
I achieved a distinction in my MA in Special Education in 2010, this included modules in dyslexia, autism, Aspergers syndrome, ADHD and social emotional difficulties.
I am qualified and experienced in providing tutoring across the age range in primary, secondary and adult and in special education. I specialise in developing students` self confidence, building self belief, so that they can excel in their learning.
Availability: Evenings after 5:30 pm, holidays.
