Information about Tim
I was a Primary School Teacher, teaching Years 5 and 6 children all the curriculum subjects. I have particular skills in Maths up to Level 6. I have been teaching for 3 years now, 2 of which have been in Year 6. I have had children in my classes gain very successful grades in their SATS, as well as a number being selected for Grammar Schools. I have also worked extensively with lower abilities and special needs.
I am now training as an Educational Psychologist, following my teaching experience and experience with special needs children.
I am happy to tutor in any subjects at Primary level, and have good experience at Level 3-6 Maths, Reading and Writing.
Availability: Available throughout school terms and holidays.
Term time: Monday - Friday, 4pm till 9pm.
I would be able to do occasional weekends if required.
Willing to travel: 20 miles
Experience: Teaching in Primary Schools for a total of 4 years now, having previous experience of working with Autistic and disabled children. I teach all the curriculum areas including Writing, Reading and Maths.
