I tutor philosophy and politics at A Level and undergraduate level, and history at A Level.

I am a philosophy and politics graduate, and am currently doing postgraduate work in intellectual history.

I am a pretty easy-going tutor, and try to be as receptive as possible to the student`s needs. My aim is to improve a student`s grade to the best of his or her potential.

I am prepared to travel to the student or meet the student in a suitable location for hour long periods.

In tutoring undergraduate philosophy my specialisation is in moral, political and social philosophy, but I can also tutor at an introductory level on metaphysics, epistemology and philosophy of mind.

In tutoring undergraduate politics my specialisations are in British and American politics, political theory, and international relations.

I can tutor in all areas of A Level Philosophy and Government and Politics, but my A Level History specialisations are in British, American and Russian history.

Availability: I am available virtually at any time in the week. Weekends may be more restrictive, but I am sure something can be worked out.

Experience: I have a BA (2:1) in Philosophy and Politics from Lancaster University, and am currently studying for an MA in Intellectual History at University College London.

In addition I also have A Levels in Government and Politics and History at grade "A*" and "A" respectively.

As a postgraduate I have led seminars, and as an undergraduate I tutored informally for my peers.
