I am a former highly successful Headteacher, with over 25 years of expertise in ensuring children achieve outstanding results in their education. Pupils within my schools have achieved higher than National Results in Year 1 Phonics, Key Stage 1 SATS and Key Stage 2 SATS. I have high expectations for every pupil - even those from a low starting point. I believe every child can achieve success with high quality teaching that is bespoke and targeted to their individual learning needs and style.
However, at the very core of my approach to teaching children is building meaningful, successful and positive relationships. Positive student relationships are fundamental to success. When students feel supported, they will engage in their learning, become more confident in their skills and knowledge, more resilient when given work that is challenging and achieve greater success academically.

Availability: I am available 7 days a week from 7am until 9pm, with various time slots currently free.

Experience: My expertise in education spans over 25 years and includes roles such as: an English Curriculum Advisor for a local Authority, a Deputy Head in charge of Teaching and Learning, a Special Education Needs Co-Ordinator in a Secondary School and a highly successful Headteacher. I am a trained Confidence Coach for adults and young people and trained in Trauma Informed practice, supporting young people who have suffered from trauma. With over 25 years of teaching experience across Early Years, Primary and Secondary my knowledge of the curriculum is extensive. I have worked with education advisors, authors of children`s reading books, creators of Maths programmes and Ofsted inspectors. I am at the forefront of new research in education and new exciting resources that engage, stimulate and allow pupils to making rapid progress in learning.
