Hello, I am Priyenka a private English, Spanish and French teacher based in Nottingham.

I am a graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University in BA (Hons) Combined English and Spanish. Throughout my degree I studied a range of literature including Gothic, American literature, Shakespeare and Poetry. I have developed skills in critical thinking, articulating knowledge and understanding texts, concepts and theories.
Through studying Spanish I have a good understanding of Spanish history, film, music, art and literature whilst having enhanced my fluidity in the four aspects of language learning.

Experience: In 2015-2016 I worked as a Language Assistant for the British Council at San Miguel Arcangel Primary School in Madrid. This gave me an incredible insight into teaching ages 3-12 and provided me the opportunity to deliver fun and challenging language lessons.

I also worked as a private tutor in Madrid giving English classes to all ages and abilities.

I have worked at Rushcliffe School and Nottingham Academy enhancing the learning of language students in KS3, GCSE and A Level. I have good knowledge and understand of the current curriculum and exam boards.
