I am a maths tutor based in Manchester, who has a first-class maths degree, qualified teacher status and a full DBS check.

For the last few years I have been a very active tutor, and spend around 20 hours per week with students. I specialise in GCSE and A-Level maths, and professional qualifications for adult learners.

In addition to my tuition, I have also produced Maths resources such as the `Guide to the QTS Numeracy Skills Test` book for prospective teachers and the `Maths for Nurses` book to help nurses studying for drug calculations tests. I have created the New Maths GCSE website and the resources and lesson plans that I have created are used in dozens of classrooms across the UK.

Availability: I am currently available for tuition during weekday daytimes and some weekday evenings.

Experience: I have been a qualified Maths teacher since 2011.

Following the birth of my first son, I transitioned from classroom teaching to private tuition. Over the last few years I have helped literally hundreds of students achieve success in their Maths GCSEs and A-Levels. I also work with adult learners (I have written books focussed on the QTS numeracy skills test and drug calculation tests for nurses).
