Information about Zane
I currently offer tutoring for physics up to A2 level plus maths up to GCSE level.
I have taught physics and maths at a variety of comprehensive schools for 25 years and am currently lecturing in physics at the Crosskeys campus of Coleg Gwent. This is the largest A level centre in Wales.
Availability: Evenings and weekends during term time.
Almost any time of the day during holidays.
I tutor at my home in Brynmawr but in exceptional circumstances, I might be able to visit you at your home on the way home from work.
I am currently offering online tuition via Zoom due to the Corona virus situation. This is working very well.

Experience: I have been a teacher of science (including A level physics) and maths for over 25 years.
I have successfully home tutored a large students in both GCSE maths and physics (A level and GCSE) over many year with almost 100% of students attaining the grade they want.
In 2019 every one of my GCSE tutees achieved at least the C grade they needed.

My daughter says she is gaining understanding that she didn`t completely understand in her school lessons. Zane has a wealth of knowledge to share and is very well organised for tutoring. She had very good GCSEs but to her shock struggled with achieving high grades for her assessments at A Level. He has already helped her assessment results improve, and she feels much more confident with his guidance. As a parent I am very happy with the way he tutors and his knowledge of the subject.
