Working on initial design project proposals, planning applications, and building regulation drawings mainly in new and existing housing developments, new extensions, commercial and barn conversion projects providing expected planning and building regulations.
• Worked on project feasibility issues with the existing site/building conditions and dealt with the structural engineer to resolve construction details to support the client’s needs.
• Provided the best detailed drawings with accuracy saving time and improving communication with client and contractors.
• Recently completed a layout for 60+ housing units following Sustainable Design approach.
• Worked on a project in Waltham Abbey historical town centre with many challenges to face. Designing new housing facilities above existing corner building in relation to the historical context is the main challenge. Currently working on Building regulation drawings with the structural engineers.

Experience: I have been working freelance for a while Since 2021 and started my own architecture practice at Parndon Mill Harlow, Essex recently.

I have been awarded for the best designer for my Masters in architecture project from RIBA in 1999 and since then dedicating my life to architecture.

I love teaching architectural design, the design process to achieve a wonderful and successful design project. Also love to teach free hand sketching. I`m also an artist and using my abilities to help people through art and design.

What lacks for most of our students are loosing the self confident and not knowing how capable we are. To find that I help students to release their fear first of all and help them to see the world around us through a mindful eye. My teaching technics are developed based on self meditation and you will find how you shifted your positive energies towards your studies soon after the first meeting.
