Experience: I believe that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to teaching; I believe that the students and tutors should have the chance to get a chance to meet in a pressure-free environment for the student to decide if they feel comfortable and for the tutor to assess what school of pedagogy and/or theme of developmental assistance is most appropriate. It makes sense to work in a way that the learner feels most comfortable to receive a quality education and my approach is learner-centred and a typical session would be lead by what you would like to focus on, rather than a rigid and structured syllabus.
