As an experienced English tutor I am responsible for offering one to one support to my students outside of a regular classroom setting, allowing me to better understand their individual needs. My role as a tutor has allowed me to develop excellent interpersonal skills that allow me to communicate in a simple yet logical manner and that to a wide range of students. Tutoring such a diverse set of students has helped me to develop a more methodical and flexible approach when explaining more complex ideas. Thus, my ability to adapt well and my overall good work ethic is reflected in my ability to produce good consistent results.
