Information about Theo
Hello, my name is Theo. I`m a Japanese and International Business Graduate with 2 years of experience living and working in Japan. After graduating from University, I returned to Japan as an English teacher to further my Japanese Studies and gain practical teaching experience.
I primarily focus on speaking and reading during lessons, with engaging exercises and active speech practice with my students. I also provide writing homework exercises and Kanji practice. For beginner pupils, I will teach the fundamental basics of Japanese at a steady pace, encouraging self-study for further improvement. For intermediate to advanced pupils, upon request, I can focus on specific topics or grammar, to provide specialised classes with open dialogue.
Availability: I am available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at the following times:

Experience: During my time in Japan, I volunteered at my local Japanese Language Classes as a tutor and held 1-to-1 Japanese lessons for my peers. After returning from Japan, I continued my studies and successfully passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1, the highest level of Japanese proficiency.
