Information about Peter
I have been teaching Mathematics for over 30 years, 31 years at the same school. For the last 6 years I worked as Head of Maths until I semi retired last year.
I am now offering maths tuition to students of all abilities from KS3 to KS4. Since retirement I am in a position to be able to spend more time on preparation and assessment of students work.
My tuition involves providing students with a greater understanding of the methods used within a whole range of topics, together with a full and thorough preparation of external examinations.
Availability: Midweek after 3.30pm
Saturday.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: Over 30 years teaching maths to students of all abilities from ages 11-18. I have taken many hundreds of students through their GCSE exams.
6 years working as Head of Maths when we achieved our best ever results.
I have a full and current DBS check.
