I am an enthusiastic and caring English teacher who is willing to ensure all learners meet their potential.
I have an English language/linguistics degree from Kings College London and completed my PGCE at Institute of Education.
I am currently Deputy Head of English and KS3 Lead at a secondary school in London and so have access to lots of resources and mark schemes relating to the new specification of exams.
Availability: Weekday evenings, Weekend mornings/afternoons.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I have worked as an English teacher for the past 8 years. I teach year 7 to 11 across a range of abilities.
I have a particular interest in working with Dyslexic students as my siblings have dyslexia and so I have more of an understanding of the issues dyslexic students come across when accessing the GCSE material.
