I am a qualified and experienced teacher of English and English Literature. I am currently working as a college lecturer and private tutor I can offer tuition to all ages / abilities including primary / Kent test (all components of test), GCSE, A level and Adult learning.

Availability: I can offer evenings, weekdays (Mon-Friday) Weekends (Saturdays).

PLEASE NOTE: I am now available for face-to-face tuition as well as online.

Experience: I have taught in Kent secondary schools for 16 years (both selective and non-selective). I have held positions of responsibility such as second in Dept, cross-curricular literacy coordinator and subject mentor to trainee and newly qualified teachers. I have experience in tutoring students of all abilities. I have a highly successful record in examination results including A level.

I completed my PGCE in English (with Drama and Media) at Canterbury Christchurch University College in 2000 and I have a degree in English and American Literature from the University of Kent (Ba Hons / 2:1). I have A levels in English Literature, History and Maths.
