Laura

Laura is a passionate, experienced and research-driven educator.

Her Masters in Education led her to research the links between child and adolescent mental health and academic performance.

Her approach to working with children centres on calm, safe explorations of academic subjects, which has time again again proven to support accelerated progress and improved Laura’s students approach to learning across all subjects.

Laura has an in depth understanding of both the requirements of the school system and of home education/ home based learning, plus the skills and experience in teaching and learning to be a higher support to your child.

Availability: Summer 2023 and the first half term of the 2023-24 academic year (Sept to Mid-October), I am available online, as I am travelling with my family (in Egypt). I am only 2 hours ahead of UK timezones so can teach evenings and weekends.

October half term 2023 onwards, I am available both online and in person at all UK times by scheduled appointment, as I will be home in the UK from 24th October (half term).
