Hi Im Natalie, I am a qualified mathematics teacher and full time tutor. I am married, with 3 young children. I love spending time with my family on days out.

Availability: I am available during the day and weekday evenings.

Experience: Hi, I am Natalie, I am a Mathematics tutor based in the Wigan area. I provide 1-2-1 private tutoring sessions for students at Primary school up to College in line with the current National curriculum.

I have always had a passion for Maths. Yes, it was my favourite subject a school, and I was fortunate to have a natural flare for all things mathematical. I went on to study Mathematics at Lancaster University, graduating with a Mathematics Degree. I continued my studies at Edge Hill University to do a PGCE and qualified as a Mathematics teacher. I have since worked in two Secondary schools.

I have been tutoring throughout the time that I have been teaching. A lot of my tutees come to me lacking in confidence, and my aim is help students gain more confidence in their abilities as well as understanding the maths. I want to help students enjoy all the different aspects of Maths.

I understand how difficult maths can appear to be and the pressures that students are under nowadays when taking exams. I plan my tutor lessons to create a low pressure environment where we work together through examples and questions, building confidence to do the questions themselves.
