Anna

I am a first class graduate in Biological Sciences (Immunology) from the University of Edinburgh. As well as specialising in Immunology, I have studied all other aspects of Biology, as well as Maths and Chemistry, throughout my degree. I attended Alleyn`s school in London, where I experienced the rigorous process of exams and university applications, thus I am well informed to help others going through this process.

Tutoring is really a pleasure for me. I get to know my students and the ways they learn best, as well as experience the tremendous satisfaction of them growing in confidence and succeeding in a subject.

Experience: I tutored online throughout my degree, and now continue to guide students in my local area. Additionally, I supported my 3 younger siblings to achieve their full potential throughout their GCSEs and A-Levels.

I can identify key areas for improvement, am familiar with the standard exam boards and have access to learning materials and past papers. I can also provide broad or focussed revision depending on need, build confidence in students and provide an enjoyable learning environment.

I am also a dancer and choreographer, and so have experience in teaching and communicating complex ideas, as well as being creative in how I lead sessions with students.
